How it works

Cut. Stick. Print.

Three steps. No glue stick. No hairspray. No painter's tape. No special tools.

  1. STEP 01

    Cut to size

Measure your bed. Cut the EZ-Stik sheet with household scissors. Fits every printer ever made.

  2. STEP 02

    Peel & apply

Wipe the bed with isopropyl alcohol. Peel the backing. Smooth the film on. No bubbles, no binder clips, no fuss.

  3. STEP 03

    Print & forget

Print. When the bed cools, your part releases cleanly. 100+ prints per sheet. Wipe with alcohol every 5–10 prints.

Comparison

Cheaper than your PEI sheet.
Lasts longer than your tape.

We sit between the dollar-store glue stick and the $100 spring-steel flex plate — and outlast both.

The chemistry

200 formulations. One that worked.

EZ-Stik started in a southwest-Ohio garage in 2014 with a simple goal: make the build surface 3D printing should have shipped with. A thousand hours of bench testing, two hundred coating formulations, two Kickstarter campaigns later — we landed on the chemistry that grips your print when hot and releases it when cool.

Twelve years later, every sheet still ships from Ohio. The chemistry hasn't changed because it doesn't need to.

  • 2014 Kickstarter #1 — $59,115 raised. First plates ship from a garage.
  • 2016 5,000+ build plates shipped (per TechOhio).
  • 2017 EZ-Stik launches: trimmable polymer film, $7 a sheet.
  • 2026 Tens of thousands of sheets in workshops on six continents.
